fscom is a high growth, boutique consulting business based in Belfast that specialises in compliance and regulatory advice to the FinTech sector.
We work closely with fast paced, innovative FinTech companies to help them grow their business in a compliant way. We work with leading payment services and e-money institutions, foreign exchange brokers and challenger banks.
The regulations for these types of organisations is changing rapidly and so we support our clients in navigating this dynamic regulatory landscape. fscom has a strong growth plan for the next five years and we plan to more than double our current headcount in Belfast from our current base of 25.
We operate across three core technical areas; financial crime, regulatory compliance and cyber security. We are looking for a range of talent and experience ideally from candidates with backgrounds in financial crime, general compliance and cyber security.

As we are a consulting business, we are interested in people who are strong technically but also have experience within a consulting firm or who have the right skills to be a consultant including a strong client focus.
Our long term growth strategy is to grow and develop our own employees and so our graduate academy is an important part of our long term succession plan. We run a graduate academy every year where we recruit talented graduates keen to be the next generation leaders within fscom.
